“First time using TK Engineering based off of the positive reviews on here. Great service fitting a new timing chain on my BMW 1 series, where most garages wouldn't do it. Nigel and his team were really helpful explaining all the work done as well as other possible issues to look out for. Plus they topped up my water for me! Nice to have found a good reliable garage in Dagenham and will certainly be using them again. The only drawback was a 3 week wait to get booked in, but I see that as a sign they are in demand for their quality service so well worth the wait”

When it came to taking our car to site we met with Shane, a thoroughly professional and likeable person. He took us through the steps involved in the repair process and even showed us around the workshop to better explain the various stages. When we collected the car, Shane was on hand to explain what had been done - the car was immaculate - not only was the bodywork like new with the paintwork on the panels perfectly matched in but the car had been thoroughly cleaned and valeted.
