“I am a member of Golds Gym in Dagenham and have been so for a number of years. In 2021, I had a back operation and looked for a Gym to attend. This particular gym has truly benefited me, with excellent personal trainers, very friendly and helpful staff and incredible facilities for the membership My current trainer has worked tirelessly to help improve muscle strength and my flexibility.
