As someone who hates haircuts they do a brilliant job of talking to you and making you feel comfortable. Along with their brilliant customer service, the actual haircuts are very good. I have been to many barbers where they offer only a few options (short, medium, long etc) however at Gents offer a great variety of styles as well as different lengths, and talk you through what they are doing as they do it.
