“Ladies go for ear piercing! We were welcomed. We braved a men's space and was fully welcomed. A professional place space for proper timings, so you know where you are. Good hygiene. Each ear has its own individually wrapped gun and stud earring attached for extra hygiene and ready to go, once unboxed and unwrapped. It is placed onto the ear which was marked for guidance. Then pierced. Which can hurt. It is up to you to continue that hygiene on your piercing. It is of course easier with the extra cleaning solution that comes in a small bottle. Only a few pounds extra. All in all we were happy with the service and the gold or silver plated stud earrings. Great service that didn't take a long time. Thank you.”

He was so understanding of his needs & explained everything he was doing, step by step, and even stayed after close so the salon was as quiet as it could possibly be. He allowed his previous hairdresser to be preset & took advice as to how to tailor the cut according to his tolerance levels. An absolutely awesome job! I can’t recommend him highly enough! “I wish there was a way to reply to somebody’s review but I can’t, @Albano Gega has put a 1* review for this Barbers, and it is wrong! He was extremely rude and disrespectful to the members of staff, demanding an apology when he didn’t deserve one, saying their knowledge is wrong on his haircut that was completely fine! I was there and witnessed the whole thing and found it hard to bite my tongue! He even asked for a 1.5 on the sides and when it was done (the clippers don’t lie) he had the audacity to say it wasn’t a 1.5! Also, to complain about their English is outright wrong, they speak English and they’ve made an effort to learn the language, if this guy went to another country I bet my whole life he wouldn’t make a single effort to learn their language. The man cutting my hair kept his cool with him even after how rude he was being to the members of staff and he still has the audacity to complain, because his hair at the back wasn’t “natural”. It was natural and he shouldn’t speak to people like that again because one day someone isn’t going to take it as well as official cuts! Other than that, my haircut is always perfect and this is the best barbers in Kettering. DO NOT listen to a lowlife like this guy, he is probably very rude to any member of staff that serves a purpose such as this!”
