“I have done my hair twice in this salon and both times have been absolutely amazing especially coming from me a woman of colour . They slowly detangle and carefully brush your hair and treat you right with respect and dignity . Era was the amazing lady who did my hair both times and not only is she friendly but very good at her job . I went looking like grinch hair and cam out looking like Oprah winfrey. It's a very affordable salon cost wise and efficient location wise too .”

He was extremely rude and disrespectful to the members of staff, demanding an apology when he didn’t deserve one, saying their knowledge is wrong on his haircut that was completely fine! I was there and witnessed the whole thing and found it hard to bite my tongue! He even asked for a 1.5 on the sides and when it was done (the clippers don’t lie) he had the audacity to say it wasn’t a 1.5! Also, to complain about their English is outright wrong, they speak English and they’ve made an effort to learn the language, if this guy went to another country I bet my whole life he wouldn’t make a single effort to learn their language. The man cutting my hair kept his cool with him even after how rude he was being to the members of staff and he still has the audacity to complain, because his hair at the back wasn’t “natural”. It was natural and he shouldn’t speak to people like that again because one day someone isn’t going to take it as well as official cuts! Other than that, my haircut is always perfect and this is the best barbers in Kettering. DO NOT listen to a lowlife like this guy, he is probably very rude to any member of staff that serves a purpose such as this!”
