“I went in today to get some oil for my car. I was kind of dreading it as the customer service I got the first and last time wasn’t great, but with my regular place being closed I went in reluctantly as I was desperate. Well today I got Zach, and what a great interaction it was. He was polite , friendly and very helpful with all my questions without being condescending. I appreciate the extra time he took to double check alternatives to make sure I was getting the one that best fitted my car make.
