“I visited today with my husband and happened to get in a muddle whilst ordering. I explained I’d lost my brother yesterday and the lady serving was so kind and sorted out the transaction without issue and a smile. We had lovely sandwiches and coffees and as we left the lady found me with a slice of cake…. It was such a lovely thing to do and despite my tears I was so grateful that someone cared.
