Having tracked burning almost 500 calories in the 'kalorie killer' class every Thursday with Scott I am really starting to see a difference! Aerial classes with Abbie are great high quality classes, you train 'both sides' and always feel safe, challenged (accomplished) and fully supported. Highly recommend!”

“Onside football training has grown a lot since it started. Now weekly and with mini teams that play monthly match days. The coaching staff are inclusive of all abilities and welcome new members into coaching exercises. Using the most of Stanley Park high schools cavernous sports hall and outdoor Muga, onside is able to bring coaching to a wider range of ages. Onside is a charity that helps grass roots foot in the UK and in some developing countries. Most of the training is free, or if part of the weekly team set up there is a small monthly fee.
