โThe gymโs sales manager, Rich, is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and ensures I understood all my options. I highly recommend. I had a fantastic experience with Rich, the sales manager at David Lloyd He listened to my goals, answered all my questions, and explained memberships and pricing clearly without pressure. Rich broke down my options helped and followed up to make sure I was set up smoothly. The level of professionalism, transparency, and genuine care for members stood outโit's clear they prioritize long-term success over quick sales. I was consistently impressed with Rich, the classes and facilities. What stood out Clear explanations of membership options and no hidden fees. Honest recommendations tailored to my goals. โAmazing Community Centre and it is run extremely well! I have run classes from the Oak Room at the Centre on Tuesday's for the past 2 years and I absolutely love the room and the facilities. Jo and her team cannot do enough for you as hirers and make you feel very welcome. I also held my daughter's birthday party in the Sports Hall which was great. โThis was my first time visiting and the site was very clean and tidy. Friendly staff and inviting. Great facilities and plenty of parking. The room was hired for a child's part and it was very good. With enough to keep the children entertained and active for the allotted time. Clean and well presentedโ

โIt is simple but it has a nice hall for badminton for example. The light setup for the hall is not the best but enough to have some good fun in an active way. Couldn't find the parking lot for visitors yetโ
โIโm truly grateful for the wonderful care I received at this polish private clinic. I have been seen by neurologist Dr. Aleksandra Herrera-Sokolowska and she was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also so kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. โPriceless moments. The feeling can't be described, for so much is happening so fast that one's brain can't comprehend or process all the positive energy coming through. It is amazing.โ
โI have nothing but positive feedback for the team I was under. From day one was in awe of how well knowledged and understanding the staff are in the area of concern for my individual case. I can't embarrass anyone by naming them publicly, but sincerely, I am so glad I met her first. I dont mean to cast any favouritism, but, for me, in my case, I have no other option but to favouritise, because the lady was the assessor for my condition. I had to ask if she had the same condition because of how precise and accurate she was/is. There was a long wait from GP to the neurodevelopmental team. Starting from the GP late 2019 after seeking a more definitive remedy for the undiagnosed symptoms in childhood, which were apparent and therefore commiserated in adulthood, through the mental health team, was directed to them. In January 2022, I was sent an assessment date. In the assessment I met the most understanding, engaging, friendly, knowledgeable person. It was like she was reading my mind. I remember asking 'how do you know that?'. It's her job ultimately, but, the comfort and confidence it gave me, installed a greater sense of security knowing I was finally in the right place. I was diagnosed after two thorough meetings, then offered treatment. I accepted therapy sessions and online group work post diagnosis to better understand the condition, how it affects other people, and how self care adaptations can help to live better with this new identity. There, we met other members of the team and again their experience within this area of expertise was refreshing. One of the very first points after laying down the rules of respecting each other was 'You are the experts - it is your own experience' and 'same diagnosis different experiences, or different diagnosis but similar experience.' Being allowed to regress and ultimately realise that this condition is a birthright goes on to relax the anxieties of 'not knowing why', and cannot thank this team enough for making the process of acceptance alot easier. The team display compassion, respect, collaboration, excellence, integrity, professionalism, non judgemental values and succeed at having people at their heart. I have been treated as an individual foremost, and not a 'just someone else with the same old story, heard it all before' powerless sheep. I like that. I like how they know what they're talking about, and equally how they continue to want to learn and grow... alot Thank youโ
โHad cataract surgery 6weeks ago was really quick to get an appointment to assess then had the treatment 4days later. Everything went great, everyone from reception up to the surgeon were really good and attentive and telling me about the aftercare. Thanks to all the staffโ
โMy two daughters (ages 5 and 8) have attended Team Super Sports in Solihull for several years now โ especially my 8-year-old, who absolutely loves it! They always have such a fantastic time, with so many sports and activities on offer, including hockey, gymnastics, and more. The coaches are brilliant โ friendly, enthusiastic, and great with the children. My girls always come home happy, tired, and full of stories about what theyโve done that day. They actually ask to go every school holiday, which says it all! Even though we travel from Sutton Coldfield, itโs completely worth it โ this camp is miles better than any others weโve tried in the area. Iโd highly recommend Team Super Sports to anyone looking for a fun, active, and well-run holiday camp for their children.โ
