“I had a video consultation in a dedicated little room in a local pharmacy. In the room were several common items that are often used to measure blood pressure etc there was also what looked like a magnifying glass presumably to assist the doctor to get a better look if required. However, in my case that was not necessary. I found the video consultation as good as in person. The screen was very clear and the treating doctor was pleasant, articulate and clearly very competent and professional. I felt very at ease and it was much less rushed than seeing my NHS GP. I really like this service and will probably adopt it as my regular GP service.”

“Absolutely amazing service! The staff is lovely too!. I had a couple of treatments with Prabh at the beginning of the year. She is extremely well trained and knowledgeable, friendly, and kept making sure I was comfortable. I was very impressed at the level of her professionalism and how cleanliness was a number one priority throughout. I’ve started seeing the results after first treatment. “I had a consultation initially with Dr Nilesh Agarwal which was offered quickly. He has a very calm natured demeanour that reassures you of his experience and knowledge. He was clear and to the point on what I needed and how he could help. The procedure date came literally 3 weeks later and went smoothly. The hospital team took care of me and the after support provided by Dr Agarwal was amazing. I managed to contact his PA on a Sunday and he even called me to check on my welfare cause I had concerns. Would highly recommend him. His PA is also very lovely and efficient with responding to any queries or messages.”

“I was referred to St Marks late November 2024 and was offered an appointment with the surgeon mid January 2025. I thought this was a super quick referral time. I saw Mr Kapil Sahnan and from the moment I stepped into the room I felt at ease. My appointment was on time and lasted longer than I expected. At no point did I feel rushed. Mr Kapil Sahnan has the most calming voice and explains everything in simple terms but detailed. He took on board my PTSD from previous surgery elsewhere and showed empathy. It's a rare find to find a surgeon with his knowledge and skill set combined with kindness, empathy and interest in the patient. I had my surgery last week and can honestly say that every member of staff I met were lovely, professional, and kind when I was worried. Mr Kapil Sahnan's medical team are as amazing as him. A special shout out to the anaesthetists and theatre staff. I felt really safe and looked after at all times. I found the hospital to be spotless. I was on Gladstone 2 post op and everyone who looked after me were so kind. I found the ward to be organised, even the food wasn't too bad! I had robotic surgery and would highly recommend this hospital.”

“First I was bit unsure about this online consultation service. I have booked this for my mother who came from abroad. We booked it in Webber Pharmacy Harrow. The staff over there was very helpful and everything was neat and clean. We got to see Dr Abbey who was really friendly, knowledgeable and listened to everything and aske all necessary questions. She asked me to check her temperature, discussed the symptoms and asked me to show the affected area with medical specialist web camera. It was really easy to use. Overall the system was used friendly. Once the consultation finished then she sent the prescription to the pharmacy so we just had to pick up the medicines from there and go. I really recommend this service as well as Webber pharmacy. I didn't feel much difference between face to face appointment and this online GP consultation. It saved both my money and time. Thank you.”
