“I recently went to Gynae department in November for a minor procedure. I was seen exactly on time by a lovely Dr Yasmin Mulji, she was amazing. She was very professional, sympathetic and explain everything in depth. Not only that she treated with respect but listen to my problem and gave me a solution, plus her prompt letter to my GP same day, resulted my surgery to see me very next day. Amazing service, couldn't ask for more. I must admit every time I go to outpatient gynea dept I get seen and treated quickly and would like to thank them.”

“Have only had contact on a very few occasions but each time, I have logged on at 8am and filled in the form. On each occasion I have been contacted within a short time and always same day. Have been offered same day appointment both times recently. I was impressed with the service I received and from what I hear about other surgeries it is one of the best round here. The booking system is common across many surgeries. The medical staff are always very professional, caring and informative. Receptionists have always been helfpul to me, offering water when I needed it once.”
