“All the way from South Africa & just looking for some good food & drink before a long trip back home, I stumbled across Big Smoke Taphouse at London Heathrow Terminal 2 & had the absolute privilege of meeting Savio, the server who knew very well I struggling with the QR Code version menu & was eager to assist me & simplify my order & dining experience. Savio was extremely friendly, helpful & patient as we took our time to go through the hard copy menus & eventually opted for Tex Mex Tacos, Pork Burnt Ends, Some Onion Rings & 2 glasses of wine. I was pleasantly surprised with the bursting flavors of the all the food, especially the smokiness of the pork burnt ends & most especially encountering very bland food in England overall, LOL. “Recently visited this place for dinner and I would say it I one of the best burger spots in Hounslow. Friendly staff and great ambiance. They have a variety of items on the menu but we went for the Peri Peri Chicken Deluxe Burger, The Big Mama Chicken burger and some Chicken Fries. Must say that I was blown away by the flavours. The chicken was juicy and flavours were great. The portion sizes are huge so it’s a great value for money as well. All the dishes were really impressive and it will definitely gonna be a regular spot for me.”
