    “I must say that a lot of these negative reviews of "the lady" doctor I find hard understand. I found her to be direct and efficient. Getting straight to the point. She ordered urgent bloods for me and asked the lab to double check the results given their nature. Then went on to expedite my hospital admission past triage. Once I was better she even said are you sure you're ready to go back to work, you've been exceptionally brave. My gut feeling is that those complaining are coming in for trivial, home remedy ailments that are readily treatable by a pharmacist or even at home.”

    “Booked Cutlass for a short trip in Orpington on Boxing Day - arrived on time, sent info ahead of time so I knew the driver. Smooth journey no problems whatsoever. Booked again for an airport transfer from Heathrow for today and they've delivered yet again. Arrived ahead of time, even greeted us in the terminal without being asked to! Amazing. Lovely driver super polite, kept us informed. This is the first and ONLY minicab company that's actually reliable. Genuinely couldn't fault them and will use them time and time again no hesitation. Hooray!”
