    “The medical staff and reception team at Rosewood Medical Centre do a fantastic job! Unfortunately people don’t appreciate what they have til they loose it and with ever increasing pressures on the NHS, the team here do a great job and these pressures should be no reflection on them. Big shout out to Nurse Lauren who’s punctuality and care was second to none allowing my good friend to have their wound seen to. The lovely reception staff were also very helpful at the desk.     “Excellent surgery. Caring and efficient and took the marvellous initiative to move into the brand new Health& Wellness Hub in the old airfield area near Hornchurch Country Park. All sorts of new diagnostic gizmo there and attractive new building. They are overworked as typical of our NHS but they still manage a good service and reasonably timed appointments. Always been good to me.”

    “I was a bit dubious of booking my appointment here after the reviews. But its my local, I don't drive and have a newborn baby so...... I booked online the Monday afternoon and got an appointment for Tuesday morning, next day. I got there just before 10am and was out of there by 10:10am. There was 4 people in front of me. Very nice, friendly Phlebotomist.”
