“Subject: Appreciation for Outstanding Service at Croydon Biometric Centre Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter purely out of appreciation and heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my recent visit to the Croydon Biometric Centre on 11th July 2025 around 2 pm. In particular, I would like to commend a staff member named Aton, who assisted me during my appointment. He was not only thoroughly professional and efficient in carrying out his duties, but also incredibly polite, respectful, and kind. His calm and welcoming demeanor made me feel comfortable and at ease, which I truly appreciated. He treated me with genuine care and respect, and his conduct stood out in a very positive way. I would also like to extend my thanks to the lady who took my fingerprints, whose friendly smile and courteous attitude added to the overall warmth of the experience. It's rare to encounter such a thoughtful and kind team in formal settings like these, and I felt it deserved to be acknowledged. Please pass on my sincere thanks and appreciation to Aton and the entire team at the Croydon centre. “Visited today for a 4pm appointment. Although had uploaded everything online and only came for biometrics all in all took 1 hour. Outside was not busy like the other pics, no need to wear mask unless you want to. Inside there were plenty of people and the agent I had was very informative and friendly. Parking was done nearby Ruskin Square Car Park: very secure and clean, unlike other car parks I've seen nearby. I don't know if it's normal practice or because it's Friday, around 4:20pm to 4:30 pm they were letting in people who had appointment at 5pm.”
