“Just wanted to share the great service I received yesterday from Phoenix Pharmacy. I called to see if my prescription was ready and unfortunately one item was out of the stock. The lady promised to call their sister pharmacy when they were back from lunch and call me back which she did. I then went to collect my item after work and another lady there offered to see if any other local pharmacies had the missing item. She found two locally and gave me their details. They really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the whole prescription as I was getting quite worried about it. We have lived in the area for many years and would not put this shop down at all........As for the guy that said his wine was off, The Shop only sells it they don't brew it.....We have had bad wine and vodka from large supermarkets so it really has nothing to do with who is selling it.. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK>>>>YOU ALL WORK VERY HARD....ESPECIALLY CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR WHEN EVERYWHERE ELSE IS SHUT.. THANK YOU SO MUCH..”
