“Lenny is an absolute legend at sports massages. I had heard of sports massages but I’ve never really understood the need but now I fully understand how incredible they are for any injuries or pain you may be suffering. But I badly injured my neck and was struggling with pain and moving my head to the right. after just one hour session with Lenny I noticed a huge improvement with mobility and pain relief almost instantly It was still not 100% but after 48 hours doing some gentle excercise Lenny advised to do I am back to being 100% with my neck and completely out of pain. “My new favourite Thai restaurant in West London! They serve Northeastern dishes like bamboo shoot salad and Esarn style papaya salad. All so delicious. The price was reasonable too. Two guests (without drinks) was about £40. The owner was friendly and the servers were all helpful. The venue is not the most stylish but colourful. Booking is essential. I would definitely recommend the restaurant.”
