But what's more important is they save me £100's in repair people call out fees by just telling me what I need to do to fix stuff in / outside my house. I spoke to a neighbour and he said they do the same for him. A good solid family business that genuinely cares about local people's homes all being fixed and functioning well. “Brilliant service! I took a bath tap mechanism in to see if it needed replacing. (It was dripping even when turned off hard.) All it actually needed was the washer replacing, which they did for me at no extra cost. This would probably not happen at "Supermarket" places such as B&Q, Wickes, etc. who would try to sell a complete unit instead. Very much appreciated - many thanks!”
