“We were greeted by Kidd as soon as we entered the store. He asked what we were interested in and when we said a new mattress he asked what we were using at the minute and what we were hoping to change it to. He did an analysis then gave us a clean pillow each (which smelt amazing) and got us to try out different beds. He was happy for us to go back to ones we’d already tested to make sure we were happy with our choice. He provided us with coffee and water straight away. His customer service was brilliant(no pressure selling at all) and made us both feel very comfortable during our time in the store. He also told us about the 100 day return if we weren’t happy and needed to try it for something else. Would definitely use that store again. Thank you for great service!”

The fella who helped us, Mark, was super helpful and gave us good advice on making sure we have enough, saying we can always return whatever we don't use. Had a nice little chat in the car park whilst hoiking bags into the boot of the car and he gave us a cheery farewell. We could spend as long as we liked trying the comfortable seating in order to choose the one that we liked the best. Also, care was taken to ensure the proper measurements and appropriate fit was chosen for the person for whom it was to be bought. A costly choice by any measure, but hopefully rewarding with comfort into old age.”

“Kieran and his team of Nu Age did a fantastic job on our property. We wanted to have an air source heat pump but struggled to get an appropriate size which also would be exempt from planning commission. In our case it needed to be a bespoke system and they were able address all our wishes with infinite patience and great ideas how to implement them. They were not only focussing on the heating aspects, they took also care of plastering/woodwork/electrics etc. It was an all round package deal! . When we had an emergency later due to a fault of another handyman they responded within 3 hours and mended the leaking pipe for a very reasonable call out fee. Kieran also took his time to talk us through the heat pump system and how to use it. As our ASHP was installed in the summer we only noticed when 3 months later fwhen switching on the heating that it was not working properly. This was a fault caused by the ASHP provider (Valliant) as they provided a wrong installation plan. Kieran and his team were able to figure the fault out out by being in our property for around 4 hours while talking on the phone to Vaillant. This was of course all done without any additional fees. We have now our ASHP in place for around 5 months and it works as a treat. It is very reassuring to know that we have such a knowledgeable team in our area which is supporting us all the way through the process of getting renewable energy up to the very good aftercare Thank you very much!!”
