We’ve been turned away by other branches (Croydon included), but Kwik Fit Hornchurch has been a completely different experience. Sammi and his team — I’ve forgotten the other lads’ names, but honestly, every single one of them has been brilliant — have gone above and beyond to help us out. Whether it’s sorting TPMS warning lights, last-minute tyre issues, or just general advice, they’ve been spot-on every time. What really stands out is the attitude — no jobs too awkward, no EV snobbery, no passing the buck. Sammi in particular has shown a genuine willingness to learn as he goes, which is exactly what’s needed in the growing EV world. The whole team have looked after us properly, with professionalism, speed, and a good bit of banter thrown in too. We trust them with our vehicles and genuinely appreciate their honesty and effort. Very prompt, very efficient! Very fair price at only £49. Harvey was a lovely, approachable gentleman who returned my car on front desk, and the customers in front of me were delighted to have their tyre replaced at short notice. Finally a trustworthy garage, you have a new customer! See you again when my service is due! Previously at another garage in Cranham they failed my previous car on its MOT and told me I had to replace all four tyres at inflated prices when the treads on all tyres ranged between 3 & 5mm’s & Halfords in Romford failed two of our family cars for the same thing (on the lights being at the wrong angle) which they allegedly adjusted without asking for £12! So always skeptical when trusting garages. It’s a relief to finally find one I can, so thank you!”
