“Sudbrook is a lovely school, the children are loved and taught and come out with a good background. There is a great mix of physical and mental work coupled with healthy amounts of play. Honestly we could have done with having longer hours but if that's the worst problem then they are doing very very well. Highly recommended for your little ones. Not recommended as a sixth form college :) ......................”

“I took my 2y.o. grandson to The Willows drop-in playgroup yesterday afternoon- he loved it. I thought there was a good variety of play things - all with an educational value - and that phones are to be kept in your bag. Nice play-leaders too. Amazing that it's free”

““Inspiring our children and community to be the very best that they can be!” As a Trustee I feel really privileged and proud to be involved in this journey. “Inclusive” is not only our name but core to everything we do to help our community fulfil the hopes and dreams of our children. Every day our 3 Watford primary schools – Beechfield, Cherry Tree and Laurance Haines work closely together to create great opportunities which inspire our pupils to learn and develop skills to adapt and succeed in our ever changing world. Each school is very much a part of the local community with its own distinct characteristics and curriculum –we don’t believe that one size fits all but a nurturing philosophy underlines everything we do. As part of a group of schools we provide opportunities for our children to participate and share in exciting projects across the schools – whether sporting, outdoors or creative - for example our art display in Watford Museum or the more recent song written and performed to celebrate and thank Covid-19 key workers. Supporting our people to succeed is a core belief and strength – we are lucky to include former pupils among our teaching staff! Working together enables the sharing and development of best practice whilst addressing workload too. Good career progression is available across the Trust schools. “if you want to go fast, go alone. “My husband and I took Melissa's hypnobirthing course over a weekend, and it was excellent. We went home on the Sunday feeling much better prepared for the birth of our first baby, and feeling more relaxed and confident about it, too. Melissa is a great teacher and very easy to talk to - I'd highly recommend her course for all expecting parents!”
