“I stayed here for a few days in May. The staff is lovely - very happy to assist with suggestions for nearby activities and food options. I had requested for a ground floor room due to luggage and they accommodated me. It’s within a short walking distance of the tube station and plenty of options to eat nearby. The room was comfortably sized and the only downside of the ground floor room was the noise from people checking in/out in the morning. I chose this place because of the convenient location and had no problem navigating with my luggage for my journey to Heathrow. I was able to keep my bags post checkout time as I had a late departure and everyone on the staff was super nice.”

“I started my braces treatment at OrthoSmile in August 2023 and just got them off—and I’m honestly so happy with the results! My orthodontist, Dr. Saman, was amazing throughout. Every visit was smooth, professional, and you could really tell how experienced and dedicated he is. I had regular check-ups every 6–8 weeks, and everything was explained clearly at each stage. A huge shoutout to Ayaan at reception—she was always so lovely, helpful, and made booking appointments a breeze. Her friendly attitude made every visit that much nicer! I paid monthly through the interest-free plan, which made things really manageable.
