“Looked up this company again today, as I'm doing some financial planning and will need some advice soon. I was spurred to leave a review because of the negative reviews on here. This company handled a mortgage at a very stressful time for me and over the Christmas period. David took the time to contact me during their Christmas holiday, to give me news that he knew I was desperately waiting for (and stressing about) and Susan went above and beyond on a number of occasions, to move things forward quickly, with an air of calm reassurance. I felt valued and looked after, they secured a fantastic deal for me, when others told me it couldn't be done in my circumstances; they were the best mix of professional and friendly throughout. Others may have had a different experience - but I cannot fault them and have recommended them at every opportunity since. I don't write reviews (very occasionally) and if I do, I'm sorry to say it is usually because I am not happy. Likewise, I don't often recommend businesses and services (in case friends are disappointed) but I am willing time and time again to recommend this firm.”
