Fabiana put efforts to explain it very well and with kindly manner which in my eyes makes it a good coaching. Also Strength Fitness Class with Albi on Sundays (he also works together with Fabiana on Saturday circuit often) is amazing. He is very kind and knowledgeable. I can approach him and ask any questions and he is so happy to demonstrate, support and teach with training techniques. I’ve already learned a lot because of his and Fabiana’s guidance. I love them!
