“I have acupuncture weekly here and it is my lifeline. Kate at reception is always friendly and welcoming. I see Beverly de Valois for my acupuncture and she has a great knowledge on acupuncture. She has a great calming manner and always puts me to ease. I leave feeling like I have more energy and it helps me to get through the rest of the week.”

“My son has been attending MonkeyPuzzle since he was 1 year old and since the first day every single person who works / worked at the nursery has been absolutely fantastic. Being a mother of a trilingual child, I find it important that he is encouraged to speak his secondary languages. Many teachers speak multiple languages and they have always been doing their best to support us in our attempts to improve my son's language skills. There is something amazing I could say about each and every member of the team but my son's love for all of the staff is the best feedback. The fact that he is always excited to go to nursery speaks louder than any words. Despite being rated "good" by ofsted, the truth is that this nursery is OUTSTANDING. “My Son has been going to The Young Once since end of November 2024. When I saw him get off the breakfast table and walk by himself to the baby area, it was such a proud moment. He feels happy and at home there. This is the only nursery we have come across where the lovely staff has a big smile on their face at 8:00 am and same smile and enthusiasm at 6:00pm. This was so important to me. Kelly said to me you had the baby 9 months in your belly then a year of maternity and then you have to leave your baby with strangers, this nursery really gets it and gives our little humans all the love, confidence and care we wish for them. My little boy loves this place and when I ask him are you going to play with Carol. He has the biggest smile on his face and Carol is right, he can say her name now. I am so glad I visited this nursery and my little one is going to have amazing 4 years here.”

“Our adventure with Monkey Music started a few years back when I was looking for something to do with my older daughter, that would be entertaining but educational same time. Right now all 3 of my children are attending the classes and I can't praised it enough. The classes are always fun but if you want to see a real benefits of Monkey Music I recommend that you attend it for as long as possible. After a while you will notice you child being more and more confident, getting to know all the songs and moves. You will be amazed how the classes develop your child speech (a case with one of my twins), memory, they will learn a lot of things about music as well as counting, colors, time, how to read music. They will learn about different instruments, how you play them, how do they sound like etc. each term there are new songs/activities.The staff is always very friendly and professional. And to sum it up it is even very educational for us - parents as I learned a lot about music myself :)”

I have taken all three of my children to Kathryn's classes and it's the one class that I have made sure we continue when they started going to Preschool- partly because they didn't want to stop, and partly because I didn't either. It's a 'proper' music class, but perfectly pitched at children's capabilities at each age to engage and stimulate them. Highly recommended.”

“The Appletree team nurtured and moulded our little girl from the age of 1 until she was ready to begin school. From the day she joined we noticed her development going from strength to strength and soon noticed improvements in her vocabulary and motor skills. Our daughter created a bond with the staff which was nurtured as she progressed through baby room into toddler room where the team helped her with her independence. The Appletree setting has a real homely feel whilst maintaining a professional approach which gave my wife and I reassurance in knowing our little girl was safe and well cared for. “Our daughter currently attends the nursery (Feb 2019) and has been for 6 months now. She is very happy. The nursery stimulate her with a range of activities and she particularly enjoys messy activities and the sport coaches that come in on a weekly basis. The nursery holds events for parents / family members to attend e.g. an afternoon to celebrate grandparents which gives a really personal feel. I can not fault the staff - the ladies who look after her are caring and work really hard to create an engaging, fun environment for the children and truly care about them and their needs. They have taken the time to really get to know my child- her personality, likes, dislikes etc. Management have a clear vision for the nursery to further improve it and I have no doubt that they will. They take time and effort to gather parent views and are passionate about making the nursery the best it can be.”
