The ladies in the reception were lovely, my counsellor was fantastic, I’ve had multiple therapists in the past and for the first time I actually felt heard. Also just from sitting in the waiting room and overhearing the counsellors escorting their patients out the premises, everyone is so kind here. I saw another review saying the ladies in the reception area don’t answer the phone, but I heard them answering, I saw them helping visitors, I’m quite confused by the terrible reviews but I guess everyone has different expectations. I’m really grateful for getting such a lovely counsellor and I would encourage anyone reading this to at least give the centre a go because it might not be as bad as the reviews make it out to be.”
