“I have been coming to this dentist probably over 10years and i have always had brilliant care. The receptionists are really friendly and happy to help and the dentists are very caring and make you feel as comfortable as they can. I used to come when it was NHS and when they turnt private i decided to join the membership and pay the private fees because they are 1 of the best dentists I've been to and i wouldn't want to change my dentist now. I had quite a few bad experiences before coming to this one. This one is very understanding if you have illnesses and always listen to what you want.”

“I would give more stars if I could. My husband has had to move surgery during chemotherapy treatment as we were out of area for our old surgery. We were very worried that blood tests, district nurse visits and appointments would suffer. Not at all. It was all handled professionally and empathetically. A huge shout out to Chloe on reception who went beyond for us and also to Dr Rae who called several times to make sure all was happening as it should. Finally, today we went for blood tests and the nurse (Jackie) again went above and beyond what she needed to do to make sure my husband had the right treatment and help. I feel privileged to be looked after by a wonderful team. Many thanks to all at The longcroft Surgery.”

“This vets is totally amazing they looked after our first dog Arnie when unfortunately he got run over and they was amazing, we then decided to rescue and we have had Willow for nearly five years, she has had some issues for a long time and probably should have had her own bed there, but last week we found out she had a tumour and sadly we had to make the decision to let her sleep, the staff at Banstead Village vets have been amazing and did all they could for our baby girl I would like to say a huge thank you to the vets especially Amy you did all you could for her and all the nurses and receptionists that looked after her, we picked her up today and you made it so comfortable and quiet for us in this sad time, not sure I could ever express my gratitude to how you treated our Willow.
