“I was sent unexpectedly to phlebotomy today and so rather than risk the queue at CUH I decided to go to Purley Hospital. I am so glad I did. I saw Wendy, the phlebotomist who was astonishingly fantastic. For only the second time in my life I could honestly say I didn't feel the needle going in. She was so well organised that it took mere moments for the three or four files of blood to be taken. People always struggle getting blood from me, A&E on Sunday were horrendous but Wendy was amazing. She could certainly teach them a thing or two. Please don't ever leave Wendy.”

“Love the triage system I don’t often use the GP and had heard that the Anima was not so good - how wrong could I be, it was so quick and easy and I was given a GP appointment to be seen the same day within the hour . Reception team were so friendly and helpful and it was nice to see a smile at a worrying time. Highly recommend”

Astraea the receptionist is always polite, helpful and calm. Evelyn the dental nurse is very reassuring, caring and professional. I had to have an unscheduled extraction recently and Dr Patel explained all the alternative treatments very clearly. Once I had opted for the extraction, his work was efficient, painless and swift. “My experience at the Dental Beauty Orthodontics Purley was incredible from Day one to completion of my dental treatment! I can remember a few of the staff name’s :-) The receptionist’s (Chrissy) and the practice manager Sheba was always friendly and extremely helpful! Sheba and the other receptionist went above and beyond to help me and my dad out when my car broke down outside the practice in the heat and gave my Dad some water to cool him down as he suffers with a heart condition! Wither regards to my treatment… the initial hygienists were great giving me great advice for improving my gum health! Leonor my orthodontist and her assistant Gemma (I believe her name was) were the absolute heroes who got my teeth to look amazing and more importantly my confidence back :-) They always greeted me with a smile and made me feel at ease with the treatment plan! All in all the service at this practice was nothing short of 5 stars! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone if they’re considering dental treatment! I will be considering my teeth whitening treatment plan down the line :-) Thank you to all of the staff at the Purley Dental Beauty Orthodontics”
