They certainly know their way round a lap top and a computer. they are fast efficient and explain everything too you and tell you a rough price of what it is going to cost you, and they make time to tell you everything before they start on the work. Also they sit and listen to you and will help you in any way they can if you have a problem on anything to do with electronics which you do not get that service with the big guys.
