βWe rented a house from youngs for nearly 3 years. We found the team very contactable, approachable and understanding. Whenever we had any issues within the property, they were sorted very promptly. On the Friday before Christmas last year, our shower broke in the afternoon (typically as all businesses were closing for the Christmas break!). However, I got straight on the phone to Mark and he managed to get someone to come over to assess the issues within the hour. The maintenance guy that came over quickly diagnosed the issue and fitted us with a new power shower unit that day! Myself and my husband cannot thank the team enough for all their help. When we gave notice to leave, the team were great in ensuring they gave enough notice when arranging new tenant viewings of the property. We officially moved out the property on the 3rd May and had all of our deposit back by the 14th! This was a very straight forward process and the team helped us with that.β
