They certainly know their way round a lap top and a computer. they are fast efficient and explain everything too you and tell you a rough price of what it is going to cost you, and they make time to tell you everything before they start on the work. Also they sit and listen to you and will help you in any way they can if you have a problem on anything to do with electronics which you do not get that service with the big guys. “First time using TK Engineering based off of the positive reviews on here. Great service fitting a new timing chain on my BMW 1 series, where most garages wouldn't do it. Nigel and his team were really helpful explaining all the work done as well as other possible issues to look out for. Plus they topped up my water for me! Nice to have found a good reliable garage in Dagenham and will certainly be using them again. The only drawback was a 3 week wait to get booked in, but I see that as a sign they are in demand for their quality service so well worth the wait”

“Ian has a skills when it comes to hair, I got wash and cut, Very pleased with the end result. This was my second time going after I was incredibly pleased with the result the first time round. I have naturally thick hair due to my Pakistani heritage which can be challenging. My layers look the best they've been! Highly recommend. Mae is also lovely, she's very kind and offered me a drink as soon as I came.”

I took my car to them they assessed it we worked on a price which was 300/400£ cheaper than what I was hearing else where and they don’t a brilliant job. Told me it would take 3 days and 3 days it took.”

I stumbled into the shop an absolute mess, crying as I was about to be late to take my best friend to her chemo appointment and obviously had not booked in with the car shop. The man who changed my tire was amazing, he worked quickly and was lovely to me, telling me that it was just a car and explaining the work he was carrying out like I wasn’t an idiot (even though I clearly am!)- extra bonus points too for having a very cute and friendly cat that let me pet him! The price was more than fair especially considering I needed it doing immediately and I was off on my way within 20 mins or so. The friendliness, compassion and kindness the staff showed today coupled with a great price means that I’ll be coming here any time I need anything else doing with the car (and not just when I hit the stupid kerb up the road!)
