“Yesterday I phoned because my cat was having difficulty swallowing. I got through straightaway to a receptionist who was kind and understanding and gave me an immediate appointment. At the appointment the vet was clear about the problem, the cost, and next actions and possible outcomes. My cat was treated and we took her home a few hours later. Some grass was lodged in her throat and she had lost a lot of weight. The cost of £275 was well worth it. Thank you so much for your compassionate care.”

Staff all genuinely love animals and always take time to interact with the dogs first before any treatment. Communication is easy both via telephone or email. We get to request the same vet so there is continuity of care and knowledge of the pets, but on occasions when this is not possible we have had no issues with other vets.
