   The care our dog received from Maureen and Em was excellent, with Em going above and beyond by staying out of hours to try to get the best outcome. They both explained things clearly, answered our many questions and were professional but compassionate throughout. We also felt the costs were very reasonable compared to other practices we've previously used.

   After our previous vet practice closed down suddenly, we asked on our road for a vets they would recommend and use in the Barnet area. East Barnet Vets was highly recommended and used by almost everyone, so we didn't hesitate to bring our two cats, Luna and Benji. Our cat, Benji, had got into a fight with another animal before our visit and was given a course of medication to take to heal a wound. We returned for a follow up visit and given clear instructions on what needed to be done next. Dr Maureen Reiser was our vet and she was just amazing - kind, patient and explained everything so clearly. I would not hesitate to recommend East Barnet Vets to those looking for a vets in the Barnet area. I have been so happy with our visits so far and feel my cats are really well looked after here.

   Yesterday I phoned because my cat was having difficulty swallowing. I got through straightaway to a receptionist who was kind and understanding and gave me an immediate appointment. At the appointment the vet was clear about the problem, the cost, and next actions and possible outcomes. My cat was treated and we took her home a few hours later. Some grass was lodged in her throat and she had lost a lot of weight. The cost of £275 was well worth it. Thank you so much for your compassionate care.

   There is not words to express what a wonderful team at East Barnet Vet. Dr Rachel was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t be more thankful for her incredible, loving care. My little old cat titi had a hard time recovering from teeth surgery, Dr Rachel and the whole team helped us in every way possible. They are an incredible team, providing the best care and very far prices. They are perfect. I just have to say, THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️ five stars is not enough! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I've been very happy with East Barnet Vets for the most part, however they've been contacting me since November to tell me my cat's vaccines are due but every time I tried to book her in I was told there was a national shortage of cat vaccines and they were still working through cats whose vaccines were due earlier than my cat's. The last time I called, a couple of months ago now, I was told to stop calling back as *they* would contact *me* when they were ready to vaccinate my cat. I called back today having not heard from them and was told they are back up and running but I shouldn't have been told they would contact me and they didn't know who had told me that, as all other receptionists had just been telling customers to call back in a few weeks. This means my cat's vaccine is now more overdue than it needs to be as a result of being poorly advised by an unidentified receptionist. Hence 4 stars rather than 5.

   The vets are actually amazing and my dog has loved her time with East Barnet Vets, however one horrible receptionist in the practice lets the whole side down. Very aggressive no care for my ill dog. My dog should have been prescribed antibiotics for her infected ear but instead was made to buy a cleaning solution and was then being asked to pay for a new consultation. When I expressed concern the horrid receptionist replied take it up with the vet. My dog ended up at an emergency vet in distress instead. Have emailed twice for my dogs records and nothing.

   So glad I changed to this vets ! The vets are so kind and explain everything fully … they spayed my little Maltese puppy and couldn’t have been kinder … I felt much safer than I did with the previous vets I was registered with … Nothing is ever too much trouble for them

   They treated my dog with kindness and fixed her dew claw. She was very excited on attending the vet and couldn't wait to get inside, until she found out she was the one with the appointment and not just visiting there to see other animals...lol
