“We have recently moved over to this surgery as advised from our dog trainer as they especially good with reactive dogs. We have been extremely impressed with the service for a our 2 dogs and cats. They allowed us to meet with our reactive dog outside the vets and were very calm and accommodating. They respond very quickly to any prescription request and all in has a very good for us and our pets. Thank you”
“We took our foster dog to Hook Norton and had a great experience. The team was friendly, helpful, and clearly cared about the animals they treat. Our pup was given a thorough check-up, microchipped, and prescribed antibiotics for an infection — all handled with professionalism and kindness. We're really grateful for the support. Highly recommend!”
“Took my Puppy for his second vacation! Everyone was super helpful and the receptionist was exceptional and went above and beyond to help me! Very reasonably priced pet plan too! It was lovely when the Vet Nurse came out to ask if I needed help holding my puppy whilst I completed the paperwork! Fantastic service!!”
“It is amazing service. I so much appreciate the doctor, Antonio Marino, who by phone call made a treatment for my 5 cats. They all had the same symptoms, did not eat and drink, vomiting and powerless. I was isolated with COVID-19 symptoms and could not much help them. A Big Thank You to Doctor for a great and professional job had been done. Now my cats are well and eat a lot. The Doctor saved them.”
“All I can say is they are outstanding! Amazing service with knowledgeable, friendly and kind staff. Would highly recommend to anyone and I’d never go anywhere else x”
“Great experience. The Vet and reception are both top notch. Adding to my review. October 2025 update our sweet older Boston Terrier Lucy had a respiratory infection. Our vet Amina was lovely as usual. She explained all of the treatments and options to us and treated our concerns as well as those regarding Lucy. The reception area ladies are always friendly and welcoming.”
“Few vets seem to treat chickens nowadays, so this surgery is a gem. They are so knowledgeable and professional, but most importantly they are very caring and compassionate. Today we said goodbye to this beautiful chicken Dove. A rare fox attack yesterday and injuries that were too severe for further treatment. I held her for 10 minutes in the surgery room, as she drifted of to sleep, loving her cuddles as always. She was about 7 years old and had been with us for more than 4 years, part of my own healing journey after some personal trauma. Goodbye Dove, enjoy heaven, you deserve it. Thank you to all at Beech House, I have no hesitation in recommending this practise”
“Had to take my rabbit down to oundle practice today as he had ripped his claw clean off, the nurse and the vet were absolutely amazing I can’t thank you both enough and the lady at reception was also absolutely lovely, ralphie is now eating again and is happy, thank you so much”
“Hannah and the team look after our 4 Dalmatians as if they were there own. I trust Hannah to give me the right advice every time.”
“Thanks for putting my name forward to re-home some tropical fish… thanks to Jo and the team the fish now have forever fresh waters..”
“Very friendly & brilliant service from both the Receptionist & Vets on both occasions we've been.”
“Amazing staff. My dog even likes to visit which is really reassuring!”
“I cannot praise the St Neots team highly enough. Polly, kind - empathetic - professional vet. Kelly, efficient - welcoming receptionist and the brilliant nurse Georgina who is all of the above and more. She is a real asset to the practice and a superb representative of the company.”
“Incredibly professional, kind and caring vets. I was recommended to Rhodes when I first got my cat, 4 1/2 years ago. The pet plan is a great help and reassurance that flea and worm treatments are costed in, reminders sent to your phone, plus all yearly vaccinations and free consultations. The reception team are fantastic, and the vets are always so supportive and considerate.”
“I am so grateful for this place. The staff are so nice, some of the most understanding people I have ever spoken with. Really professional, helpful and reassuring. A special shout out to Dr. Toby Hay, he's been absolutely brilliant with my poorly cat Boba and has really made me feel like I chose the best options for him. I can't thank all of the staff that have helped me so far.”
“Victoria was wonderful with how she calmed down our nervous Labrador puppy and made us feel very welcome. Even offering us a cold drink on a hot day. Thank you again for making our pups first day at the vets a nice one!”
“Have been bringing my dog to this vets for over 4 years now and never had a bad experience at the Luton clinic. Moved to them after a terrible customer service experience elsewhere. The Luton staff have always been supportive, kind, friendly, and understanding. Wouldn’t trust anywhere else to look after my little dog and very grateful for their service. Thank you to the Luton team!”
“Staff are very caring & efficient. Despite our usual vet being fully booked, we were given a same day appointment at another clinic. We originally moved to Cromwell Vets to gain an EHC, but have decided to remain clients as the service they provide is much better than our previous vet.”
