“Town &.Country vets are amongst the very best around. Very knowledgeable, extremely professional and very nice people in general. John Abbott came out to us today to do a vaccination and do 3 of our horses teeth. He was brilliant. My daughter Amber also wants to be a vet, John was only too happy to show her exactly what he was doing together with the issues he’d found and sorted out. Invaluable experience for a would be vet. Recently people have been complaining about the charges all vets pass to on their customers but when your vet turns up when you need them with everything on their van from portable x-ray machines, scanning equipment to blood sample diagnostic machines nobody is in a position to complain. That said, when the partners make the decision to invest heavily in their practice for your benefit there has to be a return on that investment. If your vet has to refer you, you’ll wish your vet had the same foresight as Town & Country. I couldn’t recommend them enough, we are lucky to have them looking after our horses and pets.”

“The veterinary practice were very kind when my old boy, Monty, was unexpectedly taken ill and sadly died the following day (yesterday). They kept me updated the whole time and called me in the early hours to be with him when it was time to say goodbye. I have had cause to use their services several times in the past year with both my boys crossing the rainbow bridge, and they have always been so kind and understanding x”

“My very elderly cat (20 years) had a health check today with Vet Pablo Rodriguez. Pablo was fantastic! He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and asked lots of relevant questions about Connie. He was so helpful and gave me all the information and costs before I agreed to anything. He was kind and gentle with my cat and made much of her. The very BEST experience I’ve EVER had at Park Vets, although I have to admit that there have been many other very positive visits for us, but this time surpassed all others! “After been to 2 other vets in the area, meadow lane vet's are certainly the best even to the point of explaining in detail the findings and solving the problem, I would certainly highly recommend them. Brilliant staff and so helpful, it's always difficult treating animals as they unfortunately can't explain what's wrong but how they treated our rabbit with love compassion I wish I was a rabbit”

“Absolutely fantastic service from the minute you walk through the door. Reception staff amazing and the vets are as well. Couldn’t do more to help. My dog has been diagnosed with diabetes. The vet explained everything really well. When collecting the meds etc. reception staff even sorted our insurance. I know they can’t do it for every insurance company. But they could for the company we go through and nothing was too much trouble.”

“I came in today to collect my beloved cat, vienna's ashes. Last Sunday I sadly had to rush him to out of hours surgery. My poor old cat,of many years,had fallen very ill. Monica was amazing! She was extremely caring and understanding. She thoroughly checked vienna and agreed that it was time to let him go to cat heaven. Ive been a complete mess since, I miss him so much,he was my little mate and he followed me around all day. Having his ashes back with me today gives me some comfort that he's back home with me where he belongs. Thank you so much monica for being so wonderful and caring. It means alot.xxx”

“I want to thank the Debdale Grange team for being great and putting pets first. We had a trial day with our rescue dog before planning our holiday. The facilities looked clean, secure, and well designed. At the end of the day they were completely honest that they didn't think our dog was best suited to a kennels environment. Staff took lots of time to help put her at her ease, but it didn't work out in this case. I really respect the care they took with her, and am grateful they put our dog's needs first so we could make an informed decision. Many thanks Melanie and the team!”

“This practice is the absolute best, they not only looked after my cat they took care of me! My cat had been spade but wouldn't keep on the cone on her head and she ended up opening up her wound, they took her back in and put clips in and put a baby grow type cover over her so she couldn't reach the wound, during this time I became very stressed about it all and they calmed me and reasurred me which really helped, I would recommend this veterinarian practice to anyone looking for a vet! They are kind caring and supportive to their tiny customers and big ones too.”

In particular the nurse who assisted us on the day was so kind and thoughtful .
