It was lovely and came in a lovely blue box. We've been to the London showroom which is lovely and staff are lovely. I had no clue about the different weights of the ring, I went to my local high street jeweler to get a feel and was shocked when I tried on a ring that had the thickness of tin foil! She took time to explain how to achieve the look I was hoping for and gave me a realistic outcome about how to achieve it (after having had my hair done at a different salon and not loving the look).
