“Went in for beers and not disappointed. This pub was my local for a few years and it has always been a good pub. They have redecorated and the pub looks better and has more comfortable seating. The lager is great! The lines are looked after and the point is as fresh as you like. Staff are friendly and the clientele are pleasant too. This its possibly one of the cheapest pubs around with a pint costing £4.20-4.80 roughly (can't remember precisely).”

“We recently celebrated a 40th birthday at Cardamom, and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, everything was beautifully arranged and exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. What made it even more special was that Jain food was thoughtfully provided, ensuring that everyone felt included and well taken care of. The venue itself was perfect — there was ample parking for all our guests, which made the experience so much more convenient. The dance floor and music created the perfect lively atmosphere, and everyone truly enjoyed themselves. What stood out most, though, was the exceptional service and personal attention we received. A heartfelt thank you to Amita, Lalu, and Nisha for going above and beyond to make the celebration seamless, warm, and memorable. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really made the evening extra special. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a milestone occasion. “So we were visiting a friend and this is a real handy location as it's right opposite their home. They gave it a very good review and I was looking forward to trying it. It has a great layout and fun decor. The best bit is the value for money the food is really filling and some places charge quite a bit more. We had the beef and chicken burgers and Mac and cheese. They were just really well done and when you wanted a filling meal it hit the spot. The beer choice was wide and prices were reasonable for London. I really enjoyed our time here and the staff were good to us. I highly recommend here.”

“We ordered new gourmet buttermilk chicken burger from the app. Unfortunately they told us that chicken is no more and they can replace with fillet. But we requested to change to another menu. They rendered good assistance and finally replaced our order to what we wanted. It was Korean chicken with coconut rice and my friend had Korean chicken with fries. Of course with beers…it was awesome! Kudos to the manager and his team for treating us well.”

“Dear All the amazing staff at AL, The NHS team had an amazing time at this venue for a Diwali get together for 25 people. A nice area was reserved for the whole team. Service was absolutely spot on, with care and kindness meeting individuals requirement for orders. Staff were patient with us, dispute how noisey we were. Everyone loved the food, not forgetting the drinks. Mitesh was amazing always attending each table and giving attention to all, we were hard work but they were extremely patient with us all. Due to the area being in the corner of the restaurnat we had the priviiege to have our own little dancefloor, the staff gave us the ipad to be in control of the music...lol. We really do appreciate the service and would definetly be doing another event here. Apologies to the owner and staff for the hig level of noise, however i know they enjoyed it lol. “I’ve enjoyed food and atmosphere here before but this visit was next level. The newish menu was fantastic. Salad was large, fresh and great ingredients. Beautifully decorated for Christmas and warm welcoming lit fireplaces are a huge bonus. The service was kind and professional. Tyrell did a great job taking our order. Wonderful visit and will be back and highly recommend!”
