“I’m relatively new to living in this area and needed to take my car for a service and new discs and pads before going on holiday in a couple of weeks. I’d seen good reviews on Google and thought I’d try, I am so impressed with the service I feel like I need to share it. Everyone was so friendly, my service, discs, pads and 3 new tyres were fitted. I’m really happy with the price and it was all done in the same afternoon. A couple of days after having the new discs and pads my car threw up a brake fault. I took it back in and they sorted for me the same day. The sensor wire had been caught and snapped. All replaced and told if I have any more issues just to come straight back. They ordered the part straight away and had it fixed the same day. What really impressed me was the extra effort — they close at 4pm but told me to carry on with my plans and just call when I was done, and they’d come back to let me collect my car. “The workmanship was excellent but I did feel that the pricing was way off as when the estimator first looked at my car he said the damage would be around £1000 but when the final bill came it was over £2000 which seemed a big difference to me. Thankfully I was not paying but it made me think twice about using them in the future.”
