“I had to replace my battery at very short notice and rang Mersey batteries. My call was answered by a very helpful man who gave me a very competitive price. I asked about the possibility of delivery and was told it wasn't a problem and that delivery would be free within the next 2 to 3 hours!! I wasn't asked for payment and was told I would get a phone call from the office today or tomorrow!! Who'd have believed that service like this still existed in this day and age, certainly not me!! The guys are obviously conscientious because after replacing my shock they didn't just assume it was fixed like some places would - they double checked with a test drive and found a rattle from sheared subframe bolt that could have been a real problem.
