“Always a winner for service and smiles! ​Seriously, what makes this place so great? It's the staff, every single time. In all the years I've been coming to Wagamama Media City, the team has been absolutely amazing. It's often a bit quieter than it should be, but honestly, the customer service is bang on—they are so attentive and welcoming! ​I went with a classic this time: one of their donburi rice dishes, a side of gyoza, and a few extra chilies to spice things up, and I was sorted! Plenty of smiles all round, and they've genuinely never let me down. Highly recommend a visit! ​I hope they see it and feel the love!”

“My new favorite breakfast spot! The staff here are absolutely amazing, so warm, welcoming, and kind. As someone who’s shy and Muslim, it means a lot to feel genuinely comfortable in a new place. They go out of their way to make sure I’m looked after, and they even adjust the food to fit my needs without me having to ask twice. It honestly feels like home. What touched me the most? They remembered my last order. That small gesture made me feel seen and appreciated. Highly recommend!”

“Marble Brewery are one of the best brewers around in my view. Their new tap has hit the ground running. On my visit, there was Pint on cask, in addition to 9 varied keg offerings and a full fridge. Great use of the space given its purpose and a place I'll return to.”

“Excellent!!! Definitely five stars! Brought my six year old here today and it was brilliant! Really cheap and such good fun. Staff brilliant, really helpful and friendly. One staff member in particular helped us a lot with the bigger wall and harnesses. We are 100% coming back. If you're an adult and accompanying a child, wear comfortable clothes because if you're physically able to join in; you will definitely want to! Excellent place. They also serve food and have good facilities.”

“Very, very good venue. The quayside theatre is very small and intimate, but holds a good crowd. We were there to see the "Ideal" stage show (which was absolutely brilliant) and it was a great trip. Two minor issues were that it was unclear when the doors would open, leaving quite a few people like us standing outside in rain and wind, which was not Ideal (see what I did there) Also the toilet roll dispensers are utterly dreadful, where you have to try and pull it out of a very tight opening and it invariably tears close to the holder. You know the ones I'm talking about... The rosé wine is delightful...”

“I got a delivery so can’t rate the atmosphere but I can tell you that the food was absolutely delicious was also hot and ready to eat apart from the fried chicken but I didn’t mind. Delivery was quick but was a bit pricey as I paid £25 in total for curry mutton rice and peas and coleslaw and fried chicken but that’s uber eats I guess. But was delicious so THANK YOU”

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and guided to our reserved table. The service was seamless, with the team demonstrating a deep knowledge of the menu and offering helpful recommendations. The selection of tapas we ordered reflected the authentic flavours of Greek cuisine. Each dish was thoughtfully presented, and the freshness of the ingredients was noticeable. Overall, the flavours were well-balanced and met our expectations. The only minor drawback was that the calamari was slightly saltier than I would have preferred, but this did not significantly detract from the overall experience. The quality of the ingredients, the cooking techniques, and the attention to detail in the seasoning were all impressive. By Manchester standards, this restaurant delivers a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience, both in terms of taste and service. “Must see experience for mixologists. A fun and fascinating presentation of complex cocktails using dry ice, Bunsen burners, beakers, and various other mechanisms. Make sure you have your camera ready when they prepare your fancy cocktail. Order one with a beaker icon. Beware: I suspect the alcohol content may suffer for the theatrics, but the results are still tasty. Priced very high for entertainment value.”

Has a wide variety of beers and ciders to choose from, the staff are incredibly friendly, the interior is very cosy and beautiful and it also has a cute little beer garden for the sunny days as well as an upstairs floor is usually hosting some kind of event! “Great food, portion sizes and price. Paper bags are appreciated, and fruit juice - so many places fizzy drinks are the only option but not here. Doner kebab is full of meat (never has bones in it) and the salad is always fresh. Fries are always seasoned nicely. Chicken wrap is also full of meat. This is the go to chicken shop on langworthy”

“We had the 5 course tasting menu and as soon as we had the first course, instantly regretted not having the 12 course. Everything we ate was absolutely fantastic, we luckily sat at a table right next to the kitchen and was incredible to see the chefs at work. We were even given a complimentary dessert course which was a lovely touch. We felt so cared for by the staff, they were amazing at every point. “Their kobida with naan was perfect — juicy, well-seasoned, and the naan fresh and just soft enough to soak up all the flavors. The chicken shawarma had that smoky, tender texture I look for, and the chicken tikka with rice was excellent: moist pieces of chicken, fragrant spices, and the rice was fluffy and fragrant. “We enjoyed our visit yesterday. After 3 years since I lasted visited, we decided t9 come back again and we can't regret that decision. The service from Shimi was just lovely, she really took care of us and was also there to make sure we enjoyed every bit of it. We booked for 2 and the table and chair was not spacious but the manager was so thoughtful to change our seats when we requested. That's lovely and beautiful. We shall come back again.”
