“Love this cafe. As a veggie the soup of the day was chicken but the owner James set to and made me the most delicious mushroom and sweetcorn soup ever . The prices cant be beaten in this place (large full English £4.95) and the menu extensive with a mix of English and Carribean all sounds delicious. James looks so calm under pressure as he was alone cooking and serving when we called in but everyone served in no time..my favourite place to eat when in Bolton.”

“I see quite a few people have negative 1* reviews but my takeaway experience was outstanding!! The food was out of this world literally, the pounded yam nice and soft, Banga Soup was just mouthwatering, every bite just made me want more! And the Taba (don't get me started) I used to have Taba as a kid and throughout my years never found a place that made Taba the way this one place made it when I was young... Tried this place for my birthday and the Taba was spot on like they were the ones that made it when I was little... 100/10 - seriously.”

“I have left my beautiful grumpy cat storm with these guys. I have used thier service 5 times and I’m so happy. They are caring and I know my cat is being well looked after. It’s right next to my house and they charge £9 per day which is so reasonable and cheap compared to others. I will 100% go back to them and will come recommend you guys 100% use thier service for your cats. Thankyou guys for looking after my cat I really appreciate your service and will be coming back to you guys again xx”

“The Royal is an hidden gem the food is outstanding all home cooked, and excellent value for money. The menu caters for all, the Sunday lunches are amazing all freshly prepared and if you don’t have room for your dessert you can take it home. The homemade pies a choice of Cheese or Meat are freshly made by Alison are a worth a try they are delicious. It is well worth a visit and the prices are extremely reasonable.
