“Jess and Chelsea have proven to be commited to providing customers with the very best experience. They are endearing, warm, kind and helpful. Not just towards me but how I observed them helping other customers too. I had a situation where my ring caused an allergic reaction with my skin. I hadn't kept my receipt from 2 weeks prior. Yet Store Manager Chelsea along with Jess saw to it that I was supported in contacting Customer Services, even speaking directly with them in my behalf. The customer service were very understanding of my situation allowed me to trade in the ring up to the lowest Value its been on record. I'm very grateful to the staff. The store is in great hands under Chelsea's management. As for Jess, I learned today she is a temp for Christina's holidays. You would be a fool to let her go. She listened to my requirements, offered suggestions and was very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my pamper session, particularly the scalp massage during the conditioner application...so relaxing! “Beautiful building, a real hidden gem! It was lovely and quiet around 9:30am on a Saturday. The queue was starting to build by 10am when I left. The brownie had a nice homemade taste, but it was a little dry. I find this is usually the case in cafes, but this was certainly one of the better ones. You can also choose to have it warmed and served with cream when you order. The mocha frappe was also good, but a frappe is different to an iced mocha, so expect it to be sweet!”

Me and my friends spend the evening dining here and the staff were amazing, the food was fabulous and always has been. I couldn’t help but notice the same care and attention given to the dishes on other tables as well, all accompanied by a wonderful aroma. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make my birthday special by bringing out a slice of cake with a candle, creating a lovely atmosphere. My only suggestion would be to offer a variety of music, and we did notice a few bothersome flies from time to time.”
