    Dishoom Manchester

    ★★★★★ 4.8
    Open

“Dishoom Spinningfields is one of my favourite restaurants in Manchester. When it first opened back in 2018, it was Dishoom’s first restaurant in Northern England, and since then they’ve set a remarkable standard of both food and service quality and certainly left me coming back for more. The interior is super impressive, cool and unique. Dishoom is based on the old Irani cafés in Bombay, and the interior is so large and feels like no other restaurant in the city. My go-to dishes are the Chicken Ruby with Basmati Rice and occasionally the Gunpowder Potatoes. The portion sizes are generous, and the rich spices of the curry are super good — it’s obvious they use great quality ingredients and seasonings. For drinks, again the selection is vast, with my favourites being the regular Chai and the Mango Lassi, which are both really good. There is always a staff member walking around topping up tap water, so you’ll never go thirsty. The pricing is a little high, but I feel it is worth it for the quality. Matka Holders can also roll a dice at the end of their meal to potentially earn everything for free, food and alcohol included, during certain times. This makes it all fun, being able to put the meal on the roll of a dice. Due to having an allergy, I can scan a QR code on the menu for the latest information, and all the staff members are well trained in dealing with allergies. They’re aware of coeliac disease and the danger of cross-contamination, and always keep my items separate from my friends’ when I dine in a group. Overall, this is one of the places to be in Manchester if you’re looking for good food with fantastic allergy awareness, overall ambience/vibes, food and service quality. It’s a place that you can go for a special occasion or even a quick lunch (although a lunch menu / meal-deal offer would make it even more enticing for sure!).”

“I had a fantastic experience working with Soha. From the very beginning, she was open, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable about both the project and the wider property market. She took the time to explain every detail clearly, making sure I understood all aspects before moving forward. What really stood out was that she was never pushy—unlike many agents I’ve dealt with before. Soha’s approach was honest and genuine, which made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. It’s clear she truly cares about her clients rather than just making a sale. She’s a great asset to her team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for new development opportunities. I’ll definitely be reaching out to her again for any future investments or purchases.”

“Such a supportive, reliable and friendly company! I went last summer with them and I can't wait to use them again next summer! They all were so kind and patient with me and my endless questions, and on the multiple occasions where I panicked and thought I wouldn't be able to go. They truly help you with every single thing and help you every step of the way. My very anxious self couldn't ask for anything more, and I ended up having a life-changing summer! Such a fab company, definitely recommend!”

    Opera House Manchester

    ★★★★☆ 4.5

“My Visit to the Opera House Manchester My visit to the Opera House Manchester was an unforgettable cultural experience. This historic theatre, opened in 1912, is one of Manchester’s most elegant and iconic performance venues. With its beautifully restored Edwardian architecture, plush seating, and grand interior, it offers the perfect setting for musicals, concerts, ballets, and drama performances. The atmosphere inside was vibrant and welcoming. The acoustics were excellent, and the staff were friendly and well-organized, ensuring a smooth entry and interval experience. The show I attended was brilliantly produced — a true reflection of Manchester’s rich performing arts scene. Visitor Tips: Book tickets in advance through the ATG Tickets website for the best seats. Arrive at least 30 minutes early to enjoy the lobby and grab a drink at the theatre bar. Photography is usually not allowed during shows, so plan to enjoy the performance fully. How to Reach: The Opera House is located on Quay Street, Manchester M3 3HP, near Deansgate. It’s easily accessible by tram (St. Peter’s Square or Deansgate-Castlefield stops), bus, or a 10-minute walk from Manchester Oxford Road Station. There are also several parking options nearby, including Spinningfields Car Park. A visit to the Opera House is a must for anyone who loves theatre, music, and Manchester’s timeless charm — a perfect evening of culture and entertainment.”

“Right. Here we go. The review you've all been waiting for. What you wanna do is get yourself; 1. The breakfast triple sandwhixh 2. Can of monster 3. Balsamic vinega + seasalt kettle crisps. £3. Sorted. Some research suggests that you're getting a bigger saving by getting the innocent smoothie, but if you do that, the only thing you're saving is yourself - from growing some balls. Innocent smoothies are for people who can't handle the eye contact from when you get "Age Checked" for your monster, circa Jamie Oliver. Now you can get yourself a healthier option, but what are you, a cop or something? The best store if you know what you are doing, but I have seen someone get a prawn sandwhich with a soreen as the snack so perhaps training is needed before you're allowed to buy a meal deal”

“When I search for cruise departing from UK, I find this website. And I aware it has office in Manchester which is close to me. However, the score of review was not good. As customer who finished trip and back for review, I can confirm this agent is trustworthy. My agent named Norah, always quick response for helping me design route and stay etc. My experience is smooth and there were no problems or difficulties for after payment amend. I do recommend my friend who like to try cruise and I may plan my travel with this agent again.”
