“I recently attended an advanced music production course at SEM Manchester and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From first contact with Mark, my specific learning goals were given priority and I was put in touch with my instructor, Jordan Peacock who was simply superb at explaining complex concepts in a clear and engaging way and patient with questions and provided valuable feedback throughout the course. The course covered a wide range of advanced music production techniques and was expertly structured providing ample opportunity for hands-on practice. “After 20 years away from ballet (and off pointe!), I decided to back to adult ballet about 20 kilos heavier and with horribly out of shape arches! Heather's studio is tucked away under a railway bridge so is a little noisy at times, but other than that, it's a gorgeous experience. Heather herself is gentle and sweet, super encouraging (not at all like Madame Pauline when I was young!) and the best thing is: THIS IS A FULLY DIVERSE, INCLUSIVE STUDIO! I wasn't the only person my age (40s), there were all genders (including trans and non-binary people) and ages and colours, which was lovely and welcoming. My class had a working dad in his 50s, who was just as comfy alongside me as the younger, fitter kids. Really loved it and if you can't make it to Salford, Heather offers online courses as well, which are just as challenging and fun!”

“My experience here since I came back after illness have been wonderful. I can't say enough about the staff who act so professionally, they are welcoming, pleasant, helpful and they make your time at the facility that more enjoyable. I am very impressed by the cleanness off the place and how great the staff are at ensuring the covid threat is reduced by their awareness and actions to combat this virus. I have no difficulty in promoting this place and would encourage people to come here, to a safe friendly environment . “I wanted to get my 8 year old into something to keep her active and something she enjoys as seen her dancing a lot when watching you tube. Searched on google as you do and came across JD dance and it was the best thing I ever did. The staff are amazing the owner Jenny is wonderful and everyone who is a part of JD dance are so welcoming feel a part of a big family now and would recommend to anyone.”
