“We ordered a american lazy boy in April 2022 during a offer that was on, with the understanding to be delivered october. Delivery happened snd following day noticed some damage on the leather at the back. We spoke to customer service who gave us 3 options. Repair, money off or replace. We chose to replace as only had 1 day and was really expensive. They agreed, but as its made elsewhere then it would be january b4 they could replace which we were happy to do. Apart from communication between scs & their drivers, Today 28th Jan. We took delivery of the replacement and could not of gone any smoother. Both driver & mate were exceptional. “Lovely shop, and the lady who served me was really nice too. Had a good chat about the local gin and beers they sell while buying some coffee. They even have recycling bins for the unusual things like medication blister packaging. Incredibly useful! The coffee beans were excellent too, so will definitely be going back again.”
