“We have had takeaway and always enjoyed the meals, and they always arrive hot. We decided to go for lunch on a Saturday, we ordered the thali and sorry the other meal I forget the name of, it was all outstanding, very tasty....the service as always, was very friendly and welcoming...”

“✨Amazing Indian Vegetarian / Vegan Cafe✨ We visited for the first time today as my partner is obsessed with Chai at the moment. For drinks I had the biscoff coffee shake which was sensational, the coffee wasn’t too overpowering and the roast / blend choice was delicious. My partner had the home brewed Masala Chai which he thoroughly enjoyed, and the pot of tea he received was massive! (We stayed a bit longer just so he could finish it as it was that good) For mains we had the Indian breakfast muffin (vegan sausage, Indian spiced hash browns, and a bbq tamarind chutney) and the Chai Buckwheat pancakes which came with syrup and berries. I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich, the chutney was amazing and really pulled everything together. Though I didn’t try the pancakes they were gone within minutes. Both me and my partner agreed portion sizes were bob on, we felt full without feeling overly lethargic. Though we didn’t have the opportunity to try them the cakes and Indian deli looked delicious. Our entire meal with drinks cost under £20 which I think is ridiculously reasonably priced considering the quality and portion sizes of the food and drink. (Not to mention the very quick service!) It is also worth noting they seemed to have an extensive ice cream range. All staff were super friendly, the woman serving us really seemed to care about our experience there and we were given customer service you can’t simply buy without there being a true passion for what she was serving. I would highly recommend dining here, and we look forward to visiting again.”

“Great food. What can I say. Only had the ribs this time with the Bonochi Garlic Bread and it was fantastic. Definitely be back on Mother's Day. I just wish I had a bigger appetite so I could try everything on the menu all in one night........oh and the food is probably half eaten in the pics because it just had to be dived into and eaten. “Would highly recommend for its sublime food and friendly staff. Service certainly isn’t ‘fast food’ (possibly still learning the ropes..!) but very pleasant atmosphere to enjoy time between courses. We (table of 4) sat at 7pm Saturday night, and had the bill at 8:45pm and enjoyed 2 delicious courses each. BYOB executed well, with glasses and corkscrew provided on arrival. Food very reasonably priced for what you get. Thanks guys, awesome meal!”

“Really nice vegan restaurant. Service was good. Had to flag down waiter to get more drinks and food was a little slow in coming out but possibly that is because we were a larger party (8). The food did come out all tigether so happy with it. Portion sizes were decent for the price. They look small but are incredibly filling. I had the Mezze and Qurma (you do need to order rice as a side). It was very filling. The place is small but I think makes for an excellent atmosphere.”

“Our second visit and again, an absolutely fantastic evening! Superb food, all 3 courses were fantastic just like last time. The house red is brilliant too! The pasta and pizza were great and the ricotta cheesecake was to die for! So so good! Outdoor dinning was lovely in the courtyard. Already looking forward to going back again soon! Highly recommend, gluten free and vegan options available. Perfect for couples and families. It’s an absolute little gem!”

“Went here for my sister’s 30th for Sunday lunch with my family. The food was incredible and the gravy was so shiny and delicious and there was loads of it! A true northern restaurant. My grandpa also has dementia and we requested that the food was served quickly. They were very accommodating. Can’t wait to come back and try the small plates.”

“Highly recommend!! Food, service and atmosphere excellent!!! I called up before to see if we could book and lucky they had an hour free to offer us a table for 2, I also mentioned I am celiac and it was no issue at all. When we arrived it was fairly busy but that didn’t affect the service or friendly atmosphere. The waiter remembered I mentioned celiac/gf. We ordered the summer rolls and chicken wings (none gluten free) and they offered to make the chicken wings gluten free which meant I could try them too! I could have eaten 10! They were so tasty!! I had the traditional pho for my main, the broth was full of flavour and lots of coriander which I love!! My partner ordered drunken chicken noodles which I wanted to try but it wasn’t GF, they said they could make it GF next time, which is great news! It’s more often places offer to make food gluten free so this was a pleasant surprise. They definitely accommodate GF needs. Everything tasted so good!! You wouldn’t think it was gluten free, I would definitely recommend to anyone, celiac or not! I’ll definitely be going back again.”

“The food was great, Borek for starters very nice and the POLLO REINA for main. The chicken was so tender with a smokey grilled taste under the creamy garlic white wine sauce. Even the peppers within the sauce were so tasty. My partner and I were so extremely blessed that they let us have the top floor to ourselves, which really made our night. “I have been going to this restaurant for years now on and off. Family run business and they are so helpful with allergies and cater as much as possible for the customer. Really tasty food and it's never disappointed. Really good portions and really friendly staff. I've always ordered takeout because the bookings for the restaurant is always full and it's full for a reason but takeaway has been above and beyond. If I ever fancy Thai food it's always been Baan Pad Thai as they have always come through with top authentic food.”

“We can never ever fault this restaurant. Local to us but worth a drive if you live outside Heaton Moor. So glad they are back open after a holiday closure. Just wished they did orders to be delivered although it's no effort to go to the restaurant and see the lovely staff. The food is fabulous and when family come over from Ireland they ask if we can book a table. Book now you won't be disappointed.”

“Poynton tea rooms catering did a lovely buffet for my mum’s wake. Everything was taken care of with a fantastic variety of menus to choose from. Everything was well appreciated particularly the chicken skewers, chocolate cake and scones with cream and jam. The vegetarian platters were very well received and appreciated. “Came for breakfast on a Saturday. No wait to order and good came in about 5 minutes ago. Great choice on the menu, we had the smashed avocado with egg and Reuben toastie. The beef was super peppery, great quality of ingredients. A lovely little gem right by the station!”
