Danny arrived when we were eating lunch and insisted on sitting in his van whilst we finished eating (only a few minutes), as we have a walk through kitchen/diner. He then completed the service, as planned, to our satisfaction, leaving the area as clean and tidy as he found it. I can highly recommend both Danny (service engineer) and the lovely Becky ( she always organises the date and time of the annual service). Both are so polite, friendly and accommodating.
