“My CBT therapist has supported me all the way when no one else was there. I have changed my lifestyle while coming here to become better like quitting smoking, starting the gym, taking my anti depressants which have helped me tackle some of the things going on in my head and in my life. It’s not gone away, there are days I still struggle very much and I still have so much more to overcome. I seen all the bad reviews and I’m sorry you had a negative experience, but I just wanted to share my positive experience attending this therapy.”
