After leaving it with them they told me that my tracking was okay and that there’d be no charge. Very honest of them - they could’ve adjusted it even a bit and charged me. They ordered the part straight away and had it fixed the same day. What really impressed me was the extra effort — they close at 4pm but told me to carry on with my plans and just call when I was done, and they’d come back to let me collect my car.
