“My pug had an issue with mites, he was a ratching himself till he bled constantly, within 10 mins she told me what mite he has showed me a photo under the microscope of the pest, within 4 weeks his fur has all grown back no more scratching, absolutely delighted, before and after photos below. “The guy at the till (sorry - I didn't ask or see your name) was really helpful, friendly and knew the store. I took my dog in and she had an 'accidental' wee. I asked for a cloth/tissues to clear up. He said "no problem" and walked away, I assumed to get a mop. He came back with a 'wet floor' sign and said "I'll sort it". I'm sure mine wasn't the first.”

“Our dog got attacked and sadly needed to be put to sleep. Vets 4 pets did everything they could to help her but unfortunately the wounds suffered where to severe. We could clearly see the team and Nile care about the wellbeing of animals who end up in their care. They treat our companions in such a humanely manor and therefore I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who has a family animal in need of help.
